LOW POINT STUFFING This is my low point, calorie and fat, Weight Watchers friendly Stuffing. 3/4 cup scoop for 2 points. Sweet & Sour Chicken This sweet and tangy Chinese take-out chicken dish, is the real reason everyone was Kung Fu fighting. Sesame Chicken Breaded and crispy baked chicken breast chunks, tossed with a savory & slightly sweet Sesame glaze. Mustard & Dill Potato Salad My WW-ified, lightened version of Ina Garten's famous Potato Salad recipe, from The Food Network. Black Pepper Chicken A low calorie, low point, full flavored version of the peppery chicken entree from Panda Express. Singapore Noodles A HUGE low point platter of Asian noodles, with chicken, shrimp, veggies and a savory curry sauce. Crispy Orange Chicken Crispy breaded and baked chicken breast chunks, in a orange/ginger glaze with sesame seeds. Sweet Fire Chicken Breast Low Point version of the Panda Express entree. Breaded/baked chicken in a spicy pineapple glaze. Chick-Fil-A copycat Toasted buns, 2 scoops of my low point chick-fil-a sauce, dill pickles and breaded/baked chicken. Chocolate Syrup Low point, Gluten/Dairy/Nut and Sugar free chocolate syrup, made at home. It's easy and delicious. Havana Burger My burger version of a pressed Cuban sandwich, complete with roasted garlic mustard spread. Teriyaki Pineapple Burgers Roasted slices of red onion & pineapple, homemade teriyaki sauce, with a sesame yogurt spread. Lebanese Kafta Burger Middle Eastern spiced burger, with roasted roma tomatoes and an entire 1/4 cup of Hummus!! Chicken & Basil Linguini PROOF that you can have delicious, LOW POINT pasta on Blue & Green, with a a big serving size. Sausage, Potato & Kale Soup My healthier, lower point and calorie take on the Olive Gardne's Zuppa Toscana sausage soup. Broccoli Cheddar Soup My low point, low calorie, low fat version of "Panera Bread's" deliciously creamy and fatty soup. Don’t second-guess the butter. Yes, it’s overkill. Yes, it’s ridiculously indulgent. Totally. I mean, banana bread is essentially cake, right? Well, if ever a time in history called for butter on cake, I’d say this is it. Ingredients 3 very ripe bananas, peeled $1.501/3 cup melted butter or coconut, canola, or vegetable oil Pantry⅔ cup brown sugar Pantry1 egg, beaten $3.50 for 121 teaspoon vanilla extract Pantry1 teaspoon baking soda Pantry1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon PantryPinch of salt Pantry1 cup of all-purpose flour Pantry3.5 ounces dark (64-74% cacao) chocolate, chopped roughly $3 Recipe Serves 6-8 Directions Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan. Line with parchment paper as pictured.In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter or oil into the mashed bananas.Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.Gently stir in the chocolate chips and nuts, if using.Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Remove from oven and let cool completely.Gently remove the banana bread from the pan.Slice and serve, preferably warm with butter.
