EVERYTHING BAGEL BREAKFAST CASSEROLE – Homemade Interest | No need to toast individual bagels just to have them go cold before they’re even served – make this everything bagel casserole instead. The transformation of flavor that happens when you roast root vegetables in olive oil with nothing more than salt and pepper provides the basis of the whole dish's flavor profile. A detailed drawing of how the dish will turn out, or a small photo, would have been more useful.
